Since 2022, Fluid System has embarked on a Lean journey that has profoundly transformed roles, processes and company spaces. Assessment, training and digital tools (schedulers, MES, Power BI) have made it possible to redesign planning and eliminate bottlenecks. The philosophy of 5S (Sort - Set in order - Shine/Clean - Standardise - Sustain) has guided the reorganisation of production, warehouse, technical and commercial offices, with smoother collaboration and faster decisions.
