Bosch Rexroth Vane Pumps

Reliability, quiet operation and a complete range for every application requirement.

Fluid System is the official distributor of Bosch Rexroth vane pumps, hydraulic vane pumps synonymous with build quality, long service life and reliable operation even under demanding operating conditions. The Rexroth range covers every requirement, from simple fixed-displacement pumps for standard applications to advanced variable-displacement pumps for maximum control and energy efficiency. Thanks to their low noise levels and wide flow range, they are well suited to general industrial and mobile applications where reliability is a priority.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Two technologies: fixed displacement and variable displacement (regulated).

Low noise emissions: designed for quiet operation.

Operating pressures: from 100 bar up to 320 bar for the high-pressure series.

Wide size range: flow rates from a few litres per minute to over 300 l/min.

Controls for variable-displacement pumps: mechanical, pilot-operated hydraulic or electro-proportional, for integration into automation systems.

Robust construction: for long service life even in intensive operating conditions.

Main applications

Bosch Rexroth vane pumps are used across a wide range of sectors thanks to their versatility and quiet operation.

Fixed-displacement pumps

PVV / PVQ series
Max pressure: 210 bar. Flow range: from 18 to 193 cm³/rev. Reliable, cost-effective solutions for standard constant-flow applications.
PVH series – High Pressure
Max pressure: 320 bar. Flow range: from 16 to 79 cm³/rev. Well suited to applications requiring higher pressures while maintaining the characteristic quiet operation of vane pumps.

Variable-displacement pumps (regulated)

PV7 series – Pilot-operated Control (PV7-1X…C/D/N/W)
Max pressure: 160 bar. Max displacement: 150 cm³. Pilot-operated hydraulic control for precision adjustment in complex systems.
PV7 series – Direct Acting (PV7-1X, 2X…A)
Max pressure: 100 bar. Max displacement: 25 cm³. Direct mechanical control, simple and effective for basic adjustment.
VPV series – Advanced Pilot-operated Control
Max pressure: 210 bar. Max displacement: 164 cm³. The most advanced series for variable control, with high performance and wide control versatility.
