Bosch Rexroth
Internal Gear Pumps
Quiet, efficient solutions for dynamic industrial applications
Fluid System is an official distributor of Bosch Rexroth internal gear pumps (also referred to as hydraulic internal gear pumps) – fixed-displacement pumps – ideal for hydraulic systems requiring high efficiency and quiet operation. They deliver constant flow and high efficiency across a wide speed range, with low rotational inertia and pressures up to 315 bar, with flow rates from 1.7 to 480 L/min. They maintain high volumetric efficiency and stability even with fluids of varying viscosity. The optimised internal architecture reduces flow pulsation, ensuring smooth, reliable operation even in demanding conditions and intensive-duty cycles.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Fixed-displacement internal gear pumps.
Operating pressure: up to 315 bar (peak, depending on model).
Rotational speed: up to 3,000 rpm, with an extended operating range (covering low speeds and low-viscosity fluids).
Available flow rates: from 1.7 to 480 L/min (wide size and flow range).
Fluid compatibility: mineral oils in accordance with DIN 51524 Part 2 and special HFC fluids (dedicated versions).
Mounting: SAE 2-bolt flanges in accordance with ISO 3019-1 and VDMA 24560.
Low noise and low flow pulsation thanks to internal clearance compensation.
Multiple configurations available (combinations with other Bosch Rexroth pumps: internal gear, vane and axial piston).
Direction of rotation: clockwise or counter-clockwise (fixed; reversible version available on request).
– Suitable for demanding conditions, high cycle frequency and high power levels.

FAQ - Internal Gear Hydraulic Pumps
They are compatible with both mineral oils (DIN 51524 Part 2) and special HFC fluids in dedicated versions.
Up to 350 bar for PGH models, with variants from 210 to 315 bar for other series and applications.
Yes. Kits and versions are available for combining Bosch Rexroth internal gear, vane and axial piston pumps.
Very low, thanks to the optimised internal design and clearance compensation, making them ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
Internal gear pumps provide smoother flow, lower noise and greater energy efficiency, making them better suited to intensive, precision-demanding applications.
