Design and manufacture of Hydraulic Cylinders
Special solutions, ISO cylinders and welded models for every application
Specialists in hydraulic actuators
Fluid System designs and manufactures different types of hydraulic cylinders for every industrial sector, ensuring maximum flexibility and reliability: custom hydraulic actuators, ISO cylinders, short-stroke cylinders and welded cylinders. Thanks to 100% in-house production, we are able to maintain full quality control and complete technical oversight across every stage of the process: from technical analysis of the customer’s requirements to 3D CAD design, from manufacturing to testing and delivery of the finished product.
Technical Analysis and Consultancy
We interpret your application requirements with precision.
Advanced 3D CAD Design
We design and draw the optimum cylinder.
Manufacturing and Testing
We build and test every product to international standards.
Special Hydraulic Cylinders
Tailored performance for every industry
We manufacture special cylinders customised for specific applications, sectors and machines, with premium seals for long-term sealing performance and anti-wear, anti-corrosion surface treatments. Our engineering expertise allows us to integrate valves and hydraulic blocks directly into the cylinder structure, reducing overall dimensions and simplifying installation. On request, hydraulic actuators can be manufactured with international compliance and certifications (ATEX, PED, ASME, UL/CSA, EAC), making them suitable both for critical environments and for export markets.

ISO cylinders and short-stroke cylinders
High reliability with compact, stainless steel and high-performance variants.
We manufacture cylinders compliant with international ISO standards, available in various versions — stainless steel, compact and high-performance — to meet every application requirement, from the simplest to the most technologically advanced. The main types are:
- Tie-rod cylinders with square heads, ISO 6020/2.
- Cylinders with round heads and counter flanges, ISO 6022.
- Double-acting telescopic cylinders (ISO 6020/2).
- Compact cylinders and cylinders for demanding applications.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
---
Standard version.
Stainless steel version for corrosive environments.
Versions with fixed and adjustable proximity sensors.
Versions with high-precision linear position transducers.
Versions with integrated proportional valves for precise control.

Do you need ISO / short-stroke hydraulic cylinders?
Welded Hydraulic Cylinders
Powerful and cost-effective solutions.
CL-CH series welded cylinders are designed for applications requiring the best price/performance ratio without compromising reliability and performance, while also ensuring short lead times and simplified maintenance thanks to their robust structure and standard components. Their versatility makes them suitable for many sectors: from agriculture (cylinders for agricultural machinery and trailers) to earthmoving (actuators for excavators and bulldozers), from manufacturing industry (general automation applications) to automotive (production equipment).
TECHNICAL FEATURES
---
Welded end cap for maximum structural strength.
Screw-on head for ease of maintenance.
Bores up to 250 mm for a wide range of applications.
Strokes up to 5,000 mm, including extreme-duty applications.
Different configurations available on request.
Stainless steel versions for corrosive environments.

FAQ – Hydraulic Cylinders
We manufacture custom special cylinders with integrated components, cylinders compliant with ISO 6020/2 and ISO 6022 standards with advanced options, short-stroke cylinders and CH-CL series welded cylinders for the best price/performance ratio. Our in-house production allows us to provide customised and certified solutions for any industrial sector.
Lead times vary according to project complexity: from around 4 weeks for standard cylinders and 6–8 weeks for medium-complexity actuators, up to 14–16 weeks for large cylinders requiring special machining and/or special materials.
Yes. On request, we provide executions compliant with international regulations such as ATEX, PED, ASME, UL/CSA and EAC, ensuring solutions ready for global markets.
Yes. We manufacture hydraulic cylinders in AISI 316 stainless steel for chemical environments, as well as versions with anti-corrosion galvanic treatments (nickel plating, chrome plating) for harsh environments and critical applications. Special epoxy and polyurethane coatings, plus chemically resistant seals (FKM, FFKM), are also available.
We integrate directly into the cylinder structure: directional and flow control valves, distribution blocks and pneumatic logic, position transducers and sensors, and safety and pressure relief valves. The advantages are reduced overall dimensions, lower pressure losses and simplified installation.
Certainly. We provide after-sales support, scheduled maintenance and genuine spare parts to ensure operational continuity and maximum service life for installed cylinders.
