Atos Servo Pumps
High-efficiency servo-hydraulic solutions with integrated P/Q control
Fluid System is an authorised distributor of Atos Smart Servo Pumps (SSP), which integrate a hydraulic pump, a synchronous permanent-magnet brushless servo motor (PM) or asynchronous motor, a D-MP digital drive, and integrated P/Q control for the dynamic management of pressure and flow within a single system. The result is a highly efficient plug-and-play solution, ideal for intermittent-duty cycles or machines with variable demand.
The advantages are numerous, including energy savings of up to 60–80% compared with fixed-displacement systems, precise pressure and flow control (integrated P/Q loop), and rapid response times at both high and low pressure. In addition, noise is reduced by up to 20 dB(A), the digital drive features simplified parameterisation, and overall efficiency is significantly higher than in systems with a traditional asynchronous motor.
